ART IN ARCHITECTURE

Gillian Louise White, born in England, has made a name for herself on the Swiss art scene in the past decade with the commissions she has carried out creating large-scale artworks for public spaces as well as her art on buildings.

Over the years, she has also created numerous small sculptures, paintings and sketches alongside her large-scale installations.

Every one of her works is the product of her continuous and passionate pursuit of an ultimate consummation of form. An aura of effusive extravagance paired with precision in her artistic working methods are of particular importance to White within this creative endeavour.

This site is designed to give you an impression of White’s wide-ranging oeuvre. We invite you to browse through and acquaint yourself with White’s formal language, a language constantly reinventing itself in its spirited play.
